Dillon is a composer, world music enthusiast, and elementary music teacher at Cuter-Orosi Joint Unified School District. He currently serves as the president of the California GIML Chapter.

He earned his B.A. in music education from California State University, Fresno, and previously served as the choral director at Bethel Lutheran Church in Fresno, California, for two years. Dillon has received Level I certification training in World Music Drumming and Music Learning Theory for elementary music.

His methodology draws from multiple styles, with a primary focus on developing students’ audiation through an MLT-inspired approach and mindfulness techniques.
